HOW TO ORDER - print this
First, thank you for choosing me as your photographer. I hope you had a pleasant session. I have fixed this sheet to try and simplify your ordering process. I hope you find the checklist handy and how to navigate your way around my website and take time to look at the things I’ve created for you and all the photo merchandise you can buy. Everything you need is on the website but feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
1. Session Fee due on the day of the session – please refer to price list page for this. This covers my time in enhancing your photos by cropping, adding text, borders and more. It also includes making collages, photobooks, uploading, and ordering your prints which literally takes hours.
2. Go to www.photographybyheatherparmley.com
3. Go to the order form page on your left and print this. You will need it to write down your order.
4. Go to the price list page and print this if you need to. (this page contains some discount packages, individual print prices, etc.)
5. Go to other discount package price pages – such as if you had a baby art session go to baby art page for discounts, seniors on seniors page, sports on sports page, etc. but feel free to use the general discounts on the price list page. Wedding customers will need to select packages from the wedding page first.
6. Next go to the photo gallery page on your left and then click on the link to view albums. Find yours and you should see numerous of pages of your prints. You can order various print sizes and merchandise like mugs, mousepads, sweatshirts, t-shirts and other items if you’d like found above the photo. Please remember that you have 10 days (deadline will be posted by the album name) to order these to receive discounts. After that day prices will remain regular price for an additional 7 days but after that your pictures will be deleted from my computer but will still be available online for you to order yourself.
7. Now, if you are selecting a discount package choose those specific photos from your album by writing the picture # that is below the picture. Write those down in section 1 of your order form. Then write down any additional prints and/or merchandise in section 2 of your order form. Merchandise can be found right above the photo under the merchandise tab. Total each picture according to the layout of the form.
8. Next, locate your photobook by going to the Photobooks & More Store page or visit my storefront http://stores.lulu.com/heatherparmleyphotobooks When you find your book you can view very single page before you buy. You can also purchase this online as well or just add it to your order form. I also make 12 month photo calendars that can be purchased from that same page only if you let me know if you want me to create you one.
9. Now total up your order form at the bottom and write in a comment if you would about your photo session experience, how well you like your pictures, etc. or you can go to my guestbook page and post a comment via online. I would love for others to hear what you have to say.
10. Now that you’ve totaled up your order form please send back to me with half or all of the grand total payment and I’ll get it ordered promptly and you should expect your pictures to arrive within 2 weeks. If you are paying half you can pay the rest when your pictures come in but please remember photos are not available for pick-up until full payment is received. I accept cash, check, and/or money order/cashier’s check.
